The therapeutic modalities that she often utilizes with clients include Cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. She firmly believes in approaching therapy from a biopsychosocial approach, understanding the complex interactions of a person’s biological, psychological, and social functioning and the influence and impact these factors may have on one’s overall health and well-being.
